I have done both, I attended a week long Surf school initially and then have surfed alone many times since and have actually entered competitions. Hey we will see, have to admit I did lose a bikini top in Majorca one time on a flowrider so maybe I will dress more sensibly this time

Why so?......I have rode Flowriders previously but not on the ships and I can surf....

Paying upfront is still paying....do you think the prices of things to do at Coco Cay is reasonable? How is any sun lounger worth £1200?!!!!!!! The only things that are free are food, cheap coffee and juice, the shows, mini golf It looks like even the gym classes are payable as well now But-it depends on what you like doing I suppose. Anyway I have my answer thank you all

Am I allowed to just use the Flow Rider when I like on IOS or do I have to pay for a lesson first? Starting to get the impression that you don't get anything for nothing on these ships.....

I agree, I always purchase them but I even choked at the discounted rate of eighty odd British pounds per person per day....and don't get me started about the price of everything at Cococay grrrrr

Folks from the UK have you been in the situation where your cabin mate pulls out of the trip last minute and how did you deal with this? I still intend to sail alone, wondering if there are any additional fees or or will we be reimbursed for anything we have paid for. TIA

It is £100 cheaper for 2 adults - what would happen if i booked for 2 then only I turned up and said my companion is sick?

Just looked at the ones that came up on the search interior cabin but all based on 2 so its twice the price 😞

Does anybody know of any sales that might be coming up for April/May Bahamas cruise please? I am a solo traveller and don't want to pay the price of 2 adults (I understand the logic and business) would just like a saving as the flights from UK are also skyhigh right now. TIA
