I’m on the Discovery Princess as we speak and I regret to inform you fellow cigar smokers that Churchill Cigar lounge has now been replaced with a Video Arcade. I’m extremely disappointed especially since I got off and purchased a box of cigars. I hope this doesn’t go fleet wide.

On 11/29 I’ll be on the 5 night Cabo San Lucas cruise on the Discovery Princess. My question is since the ship is staying overnight in Cabo will they be running the tender boats all night or at what time will they stop? I ask because I’m considering booking a night at a Cabo hotel in case the tenders stop too early and I stay out too late. I’ve had overnight stays in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta with Carnival and with both I do recall getting back on the ships quite late in the night, I just can’t find any info on it with Princess. Thanks

I guess we’ll just chalk it up to a glitch on the app, hopefully it won’t delay me too much at check in. I’ll check out the Meet&Greet thread now.

I input all the required information into the Princess app some time ago and was given Green Lane. Upon checking my app today I see I’ve been put in Blue Lane and it shows as if there’s missing personal information and documents, but when I click on that tab it shows everything is completed. Any ideas what’s going on? Anyone else have this issue? The cruise is on the Discovery Princess in a few days.

I usually make quite a few “friends” in the casino when they see I’m wagering slightly more lol. No, I only paid the taxes and port fees for one. No, this is on the Discovery Princess. It’s a very lucrative casino marketing offer that requires me to sail before March 15th to unlock an even greater offer. Absolutely! More drinking and gambling than anything else.

They’re paying me to go lol. It will be nice not having to wait on anyone when I want to go and eat or go to a show. Have fun. Most of my time will be spent in the casino so I will gamble at my own pace and have a great time. Thanks for all the replies. Maybe I’ll see some of you on the tables or machines, good luck!

It’s been quite some time since I’ve posted in these forums, but better late than never. I have a 7 day Princess cruise booked for March sailing to Mexico and am having second thoughts because the friends that had booked with me have canceled. Work and family obligations are getting in the way of anyone else coming along with me so I must cruise solo. I’ve done a 3 day solo to Mexico and that was a blast, but I just feel strange going for a whole 7 days alone. If it weren’t for the very generous casino offer I would’ve already canceled. Thoughts? Suggestions?
