Heading to Miami and Cruising on NCL the beginning of February. I can't find anything about being able to do reservations for Port Parking. I don't want to get to the port to discover there is no parking available. Also, if reservations can't be made, what is the best time to arrive at the port to park closer to the terminal. Thanks in Advance
