Wow! You are living the dream. I just wanted to bring a few bottles that we'd had fond memories of: a couple of Brunello di Montalchino, & a chateau de neuf. The other nights we will have whatever the wine recommendation is.

I was trying to find out what the sommelier's commission was for opening/selling a bottle. It didn't seem fair to us to ask for a service that it generally rewarded when you get the value of the sommelier's knowledge and effort.

We have purchased the Princess Plus plan for a 15 day cruise. However we are bringing 4 bottles of special wine to enjoy with dinner. I know that we will pay 15 bucks per bottle corkage when we board. If we ask the waiter or som to open the bottle in the dining room, how much should we tip them?
