If you don’t mind, what exactly is this photo of and where is it located?

Thanks for all the suggestions and opinions. We’ve decided to stay with our balcony cabin and not bid on an upgrade this trip due to too many negatives, as mentioned, that may come from an upgrade.

I’ve booked a BB balcony cabin (Aloha deck) on the Caribbean Princess. Upgrade bidding is approaching and I’m considering putting a bid in for a mini suite. If anyone is more familiar with the Caribbean Princess, is it possible to get a mini suite in a less desirable location, (noise problems, obstructed view issues, etc.) than my current balcony location? I’ve never been on this ship so any input or suggestions on this upgrade will be much appreciated.

We are arriving FCO for four nights pre cruise. We’ve visited & stayed in Rome many times but now want to visit & experience other areas within a 2-3 hour train/bus ride from the Civitavecchia area. Any suggestions on staying in Tarquinia (since I found a nice b&b there) or should we just stay in Civitavecchia? Are rail, buses, restaurants, etc. just as available in Tarquinia as Civitavecchia? Any help & suggestions would be greatly appreciated before I book accommodations. Thanks.
