    Chef Cornelius Gallagher and his culinary team are always coming up with unique, creative and distinct menu choices for our guests. They revisit the menus on a rolling basis including both Main Dining and Specialty Dining while also coming up with new culinary concepts all of the time. Any new menu items offered are complimented by the favorites that our guests have come to count on being on the menus. If you have a specific request, please let the server know when you board to see what might be available. I will make sure to give the team your feedback!

    In our onboard sustainability efforts, we try not use paper whenever possible onboard whenever possible.  I will pass your comment along to the team and see if perhaps we can do a directory on the app to make it accessible.  Of course, the stateroom attendant can also assist when possible. 

    As for the beverage packages, there are packages available for any need or budget and of course, you are welcome to purchase a la carte.

Hi everyone, We are so proud of our efforts in this area in the last four years.  It started with the appointment of Captain Kate and has continued ever since.  We have raised the men/women ratio on the bridge from 3% to 22% with everyone's support.  We want to attract women into the maritime industry and with all of the new ships coming into the cruise space, there are plenty of opportunities!  We have found that there are many misconceptions by women in maritime about working onboard cruise ships, and we are trying to change that perception and encourage qualified candidates to apply.  This initiative has not only affected the female crew enthusiasm onboard, but also the men.  I can't tell you how many male Captains and officers have told me that it has made them better at what they do and great to have role models to their daughters.  We will keep going in this direction and I am so proud of our team!     We currently offer all of our AquaClass guests complimentary welcome bottled water on each first day of the sailing. We will certainly put this concern into consideration, especially while we continue our efforts to reduce single-use plastics.     I’m sorry to hear this. With different regulations in different countries, it is challenging to implement universal policies- especially when it comes to prices with different currencies and governance. We want all of our customers to feel valued and have the best offers we can for the amazing cruise experience we offer - no matter where you call "home" in the world.

    Guests traveling solo have become a big trend in recent years.  We have responded by offering more single-staterooms onboard Celebrity Edge, and on future ships, than on any other ship in the fleet.  The feedback has been fantastic and are always exploring other ways to respond to the needs of solo-travelers.  On Edge and new ships coming, a single traveler does not have to pay a 100% supplement due to the solo-staterooms. 

    Our team is always exploring other ways to respond to the needs of solo-travelers.  I will make sure to share your request and comments with our team.

    We do not currently have plans to add a new tier between Elite Plus and Zenith. We do, however, appreciate the effort and dedication that it takes to move between our top two tiers. For that reason, we are looking into different ways to keep Elite Plus guests motivated on their way to Zenith. We also often run bonus point offers that allow members to earn extra points for certain sailings and activities like booking a back-to-back or using Flights by Celebrity. Keep an eye out for those to help boost your point balance.
