Everyone's a little different. When out in the main areas or walking around I will typically carry my towel, or perhaps be wrapped in it..Depends..some places have lots of male/female staff in and out etc. Once I hit sauna or steam, i set the towel down on the seat area and sit on it, uncovered...even if there is already someone there in a suit. The only thing that turns me right around and back out - loud talkers who think the sauna is the proper arena to discuss the days sporting game, etc, etc

Go naked in the men's area! A lot of time many of the other folks want to but are waiting for someone else to lead the way. It never fails...one guy finally sits down comfortably and loses the towel in the sauna, suddenly everyone else's towels are gone..

Just a single hot tub with bubbles in the Pearl men's side of the thermal area. The coed shared area has several.

Just getting settled in for a short 3 day run on NCL Pearl. I took a tour of the thermal suite facility already and it is pretty spectacular. The deck plan on the website would indicate what I have attached and it is still 100% accurate. Looking fwd to spending time enjoying the sauna's incredible views!

Just booked NCL pearl jan 13-16 !! I've never sailed with NCL , but have heard good things about the jewel class thermal suite etc on this ship. Has anyone been on it since the refurb in 21? I added the thermal suite pass. Can't wait!

Hey all, just a report on the Mariner from 2 weeks ago..the steam gets hot but really doesnt produce any steam. The sauna is large and very nice. The showers all have one way glass facing outward, so you cant see out from the showers, but everyone outside can see in for the most part. It was quiet on the first days but picked up, traffic was steady but not busy. Fast forward 2 weeks, now on the explorer. Steam gets hot but also doesnt steam much. Sauna same as mariner, very nice. The explorer steam has been very busy..yesterday 6 guys were immersed in noisy conversations.. Cruise on!

Ahoy from the Mariner of the Seas! Single sex steam n sauna in full effect. Been a bit quiet thus far, but it's clean and feels great sitting naked on a towel!

I'll be on the explorer around the 29th of this month. I like to sit nude on a towel, unless the whole room is dominated by clothed, loud, unshowered people in gym clothes..in which case i loosely cover w towel. 🤞 It seems the days of people having spa etiquette are evaporating..

I live in FL and can easily drive/park at miami, laud, tampa. Not considering any other ports. I was told HAL is an older/senior crowd which is not my scene as well, so I am still perusing options. Thanks for the feedback!

Was a family trip, and to be expected on oceania..but the food and service has been great!

Hello from the Oceania Nautica! Happy to report the single sex lockers, steam, and 2 showers intact...nobody ever there. Just got a report from across the dock that the Celebrity Beyond has a pay, coed spa. May want to update the spreadsheet.
