We did the Eco tour. It was one of the best tours we have ever been on. The amount of wildlife that you see is amazing. Highly recommend.

We are leaving this Sunday out of Barbados on Rhapsody. My husband uses CBD spray and rollers for his back. Is it allowed to be brought on the ship? Any one about the island of Barbados and CBD for medicinal purposes?

Thank you for the great answers. I need t get this done today!

We can't do it before we leave for the airport because our flight is at 7:00 am 2 days before we board. If we do it before we fly, it will be too early. Can you please explain eMed proctored tests? Where would I buy/sign up for that?
-
I have been reading the boards and I am so confused. We leave Ohio on June 22 to Vancouver. We get on the Millennium on June 24. What do I do do about getting tested? Do I book at a pharmacy in Vancouver? Are there supervised test that can be done virtually and where would I buy them? Can I use a test I have and find someone to supervisor? Please Help!!!

We will be in Vancouver for 3 days pre-cruise. Where is the best area to stay? Should we rent a car?
-
We usually go on Royal but have been on several X cruise. Don't know much about X ships. Which would you choose, Eclipse, Solstice or Millennium for a summer Alaska cruise?

On the Megatrain/Megabus site, not the Nationalrail site,
Select.....
number of passengers
country - England
leaving from - London
Travelling to - Southampton
travelling by - there's no bus option for this journey, so either leave it at "all" or select train
Select your date (currently only accepting dates up to three weeks out)
Click "select".
This will bring up your options & prices for that date.
This page will also confirm that it's from London Waterloo to Southampton central. Megatrain from London to Southampton only operates out of Waterloo station & is only valid for Southampton central (which is the one you want for the port).
Choose your time - the latest time you should choose is 11.39, which gets you to Southampton at 1.15pm.
Add it to your basket & move on to view your basket (note the 50 pence booking fee), then purchase.
Bear in mind there's no availability for sundays.
Hope this helps
JB :)
Waterloo goes to Southampton. It was a nice ride.

That baked Alaska parade was incredible!!!! And the midnight chocolate buffets were the best!
They used to let you into the midnight buffet before it opened just to take pictures.
-
I got on the Mega bus site and tried to make the purchase. It doesn't have Waterloo as a choice. Could you please tell me what I should choose for my departure and arrival names? Would the arrival be Southampton airport?
So confused, please help.

Thank you so much for the information.

We will be staying in London very close to the Waterloo station. How do we get to the port that Royal Caribbean uses? If there is a train, how doable is it with luggage? How far is the train station to the ship? Will we need a taxi?

Thanks for the memories. We always went to the midnight buffet to take pictures since we were too full to eat! We just got off the Vision and DH got the baked Alaska which got us talking about the good old days of flaming baked Alaska, horseracing, midnight buffets, poolside buffets, better food, more personal service. I said I remembered the passenger lists that were handed out. He said they never did that. Can't wait to show him this thread to prove I was right:D

Just off of Vision 12 day in Europe. They had the $30 laundry bag 2X's. Am pretty sure they have it on all 7 day or more cruises. We watched the Allure pass us to get into Barcelona before us! We looked so tiny next to her:eek:

Thanks for the great information. We are doing Paris pre-cruise. Can't believe we are leaving for Europe beginning of next week :D We are doing the same cruise since I have always wanted to visit Greece since I did a report in the 6th grade!
-
Thanks for the info. I got a few hundred Euros from my bank. We are doing private excursions and they all want Euros not credit cards.
-
St. Lucia-so much to see and do!
-
Can you exchange American dollars for Euros on a Mediterranean cruise? Does the ATM have Euros? What is the ATM fee?

Back a few years ago, I booked a cruise for DH's 50th birthday without telling him. About a week before his birthday (and the cruise) I asked him where he would like to go for dinner for his birthday. He named a few local places. I asked him if he wanted to go to Chops for his birthday. He looked a little confused and said they are only on ships. I just smiled and he figured it out:D

I am reading since we be on her June 9 with the same itinerary.
-
Greece and Italy and we are going in a few weeks:D
-
WC57-come and join us on Roll Call. You will find a lot of information about private tours for the cruise.

Thanks for the great review. We will be on her June 9. Was Captain Liz staying on?

We were on the Mariner when it was doing Mexico cruises a few years ago. At sea you could not be outside. It was too cold and windy. Total waste of a balcony  During a sea day my sister-in-law sat on chairs on the promenade (while the hubbies worked out). We were amazed at how it wasn't really crowded. We couldn't figure out where everyone was.
