I have disembarked early on two cruises -  once in Buenos Aires and once in Tokyo.   In my situation, both were the first night of an overnight at the end of the cruise.

Celebrity was very helpful and all I needed to do was notify them of the time we wished to depart and they made sure that Customs would be available.    When it came time to disembark our butler brought a cart to our room and escorted us to the terminal.   On one trip we disembarked around 4 in the afternoon and the other was just after lunch.

Good to know. Did you have to hand over your passport to them at check-in? And I'm guessing you were scheduling disembarkation at check-in as well?

  2. We just got approved to disembark in Nassau. It was a process to get routed to the right team at RCCL since RCI agents got confused when we were transferred over to them from the Celebrity office. I like to sleep in so would like to disembark late in the afternoon instead of at 8 AM. For those of you who have done it before, what was the process like and how much flexibility do we have around when we want to get off the ship?
