  1. My only issue with the ETA was that my idiot travel agent screwed it up and I didn't note the discrepancy until our arrival.   Still it just took me waiting a few minutes for a supervisor to just approve my entry despite the errors (mismatch between the ETA and my paper documents).   I'd have never made the mistake if I'd filed it myself (and there's really no purpose in letting the agent do it, I think she thought she was doing me a favor).

  2. Also, on the main page it seems to have forgotten my cell# and mangled my Surname.   Again, I reentered these things, but it leaves me wondering.

It appears I can't enter a name with a space for the emergency contact either even though it says "Use letters, hyphens, apostophes, and spaces."   Further it mangles the capitalization (removes all except the first uppercase letter).    Your own name would get mangled as Maclaird apparently.

  3. Figure out why my LCV # has disappeared.   It was there for a while.   Now it's gone.   I can't make it appear nor can I apply for another.   It always gives an error now.

On the CHECKIN Page where I put my emergency contact information it only has a place for a "first name" for the contact now and the name I put in there two days ago is now garbled (at least I was able to reenter it).

I've got very bad feelings about whether anything I enter online will have any effect when I show up in New Zealand and try to get on the boat.   This is putting a real bad taste in my mouth for my first cruise on Azamara.   The bugs are leading to an unprecedented level of frustration I've not experienced on any other line.

  4. Yep, the website seems to have problems all around.   Further, there appears to be no support.    I've gotten ZERO response (other than one automated one from the LCV adderss) to my inquiries as to why the thing gives me nebulous errors and things disappeared from my predeparture stuff that was there earlier.

  5. Trying to deal with their website for my upcoming cruise and the thing has serious bugs in it.   I've attempted to reach people about this at

    AzamaraCustomerServiceUK@Azamara.com

which appears to be a black hole as well as

    LeClubVoyage@AzamaraClubCruises.com

which at least sends back an automated response saying their received my inquiry, but I've got no answers.

  6. We did Ama (Colors of Provence on AmaCello).   There were tables for two in the dining room.    My wife and I ate alone at times and at other times we joined others.     No room service I'm aware of, but I can't imagine they'd have any problem with you grabbing stuff and going elsewhere.    There's small tables on the deck (either in front of the lounge or uptop, if the bridges permit).    The meals usually are a mixture of either table service or buffet.

Excursions varied by what port we were in.   Usually, there was a choice of three anytime, one of which was a "active" tour (biking or the like).    The others were usually had two guides so you could split between "fast walkers" and "slow walkers."
