Check your email, Carnival sent an email last month about the change.
Thank you, I saw the email. I was hoping they wasn’t going to change the itinerary. I’m ok with the date but not the ports.

Just signed onto to manage my account on carnival website and my booking is back there after being gone for some time.
I was sailing on the sunrise leaving on April 25th, the date has change to April 19th which I was ok with. But they changed my whole itinerary, i will have to cancel my cruise because I wanted to visit Jamaica and grand Cayman, they change it to Nassau, Half moon cay and Grand Turks 😔. -
Just checked my account, I received a refund for taxes ONLY from MSC.

Earlier on this Board, someone said they were told that MSC Accounting was releasing some refunds July 27. Well here we are, July 27. Anyone seen any activity on their credit card? Maybe once released it takes 24-48-72 hours to show up, we will see.
I am hoping something happens by July 29th, this is crazy. I have called Msc this morning and they do not have the answer to why our refunds are not made as yet, told me to get in contact with my Travel agent. This is very frustrating and I am very disappointed.

Cancelled my April 25th sailing on March 13. I'm still waiting for my refund 😤

I booked a April 2021 cruise departing from Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale) and I received an email saying that the cruise will be leaving from Miami on a sailing within 2-7 days of the original departure date.

As of tomorrow, I will be calling my bank.

Hi, I requested 100% refund on a cruise I was suppose to set on March 13th. Once I submitted my option to received my funds I was told 60 days after submitting that I would received my money. I never received an email confirming that I requested this option, I just decided to wait for the refund, my 60 days has past and I called MSC only for them to tell me that I requested a FCC which I did not.
Has anyone experienced this and if so, what was the out come?

Thanks for posting this. In our email confirmation, it stated that we would receive our refund 60 days after cancellation. However, on the website it stated that we would receive it 60 days after cancellation OR sail date, whichever is later. Hope your refund comes by June 25th.
If it weren’t for the delay in refunds, we would have booked 2 more cruises with MSC. Now, I am waiting to see what happens with the refund. I am not willing to give them more of my money before they return my funds from our 3 cancelled cruises. 😔
I was also hoping to book another cruise with MSC but they are taking so long to return my refund. Will be booking with Carnival for sailing next year.

I am still waiting for my refund, I cancelled my sailing on March 13, I was supposed to sail on April 25th. MSC is moving pretty slow with their refund system. When i requested my refund I was told 60 days from the day of cancellation, well I am pass my 60 days (business days) hopefully I will get my money this week coming. My mom was sailing on Carnival July 19th, she cancelled her sailing in May and as of today she received her full refund.

All the bars can become busy at certain times, Welcome bar has limited hours and higher priced drinks but is usually least busy because of it's location. I don't expect if you're on the pool deck you are going to walk down to the atrium bar because it's slower down there, that's why a bar is busy it's where the people are clustered. At busy times the bartenders are often trying to make drinks fast and don't feel they have time for entering the purchase into their system. Try finding a server near the side of the bar who can put the transaction in more quickly. Be nice.
Thank you

MSC is not offering ANY flexibility now - when literally every other cruise line out there is working with passengers so they can actually enjoy their vacations. Not MSC. - This is my first potential cruise with them. IF it happens - It WILL be my last with them!
I am feeling the same way. I am set to sail April 25 and is getting very worried. MSC sames to be the only cruise line not working on bending their cancellation or date changing policy due to the corona outbreak. This is my very first sailing but if MSC do not make some changes to their policy, this is going to be my last.
March Refunds Only - is there a "big black hole"
