I did see that as well. I checked for the day my Ovation sailing was scheduled to be in Juneau, and there's 5 ships there that day. Still doesn't explain why it seems those of us checking our sailings this summer have seen this mysterious port disappearance/lack of ability to book excursions from a large number of itineraries. I'm half tempted to reach out to the independent tour company we've booked through to see if they have heard anything...

We just got off Allure (hopefully similar comparison since it's Oasis class), and had CP-facing balconies. If the doors were closed and the handle locked, there was very little if any noise. I'm a light sleeper and had no issues. If the handle was not fully locked and/or the door was ajar, there is definitely some background noise. For the most part it was nice music and not too much distracting noise.

Yes, we generally tip $20 per tour (for reference, there is usually 4 in our party - 2 adults, 2 kids).

thank you for this option! I am adding it to my list of providers to contact before we fly home from Spain. We were going to do Rapid Test & Trace - but BE AWARE: if you are overseas their schedule does not appear to be 24/7 like some providers. I looked at available appointment times, and in Europe, testing was either in the middle of the night, or not until ~8 PM. Nothing during the day in that time zone.

We are on this sailing too! It will be a surprise Christmas present for my kids. Not sure what happens on New Years…Can’t wait!
