Next week we take the vista cruise from Athens. I see that there are still a lot available penthouse suites. For us, Oceania cruises is really the first time. Does Oceania offer discounted upgrades to higher suites because there are still a lot of suites available? if so, where do i ask it? we booked this cruise through a travel agent but he told us that O C does not offer last minute upgrade at a special rate. Is this correct?
