Tipping is out of control now in the US. I've started paying cash for a lot of things now in rebellion. If you pay by credit card the server flips a tablet to you with 3 choices....20% tip, 25% tip, or 30 % tip. This for counter service of 1 drink. I'm not going to be pressured into tipping. The Seabourn website says tipping is neither required nor expected. I'm following Seabourn rules.

The workers sign contracts and know in advance what they will get paid for their contracts before they start work.
