Ok before anyone get on here being mean, yes I will eventually call carnival. So my brother just confirmed that he will be unable to make it on our family cruise which is August 20th. The room is booked in his name. There's no onboard credit however his ocean view was about $900 after taxes where as everyone else's was about $1300 after taxes. My question is, if I tell Carnival that he's coming, would they let me board or make me wait for him? I heard once someone saying that they couldn't check in until all guest were there .

I think they had switched it to if you want an exemption you need a letter from a doctor stating that you can't be vaccinated. now it's you don't need a doctors note you're just exempt

That's between him and his GF. Myself , my husband , and my brother are all vaccinated. Idk why she even want to cruise with the restrictions
