They have Craft Social on Apex as well but when I was on the ship back in September, they told me that they were not serving food at the Craft Social (even though there was a food menu available in the app). Good to see that Equinox is different.

I am going to be on two different sailings over that period and it looks like neither one of my bookings are applicable (Nov 13 Apex and Dec 13 Millennium). ☹️

This is what S3 looks like on the Edge. You can see towards the end of the video, how the Balcony looks below the Magic Carpet

How much is the petit bistro for lunch ?
You must mean Le Grand Bistro. It was $20/person for lunch on Apex

Suite passengers have flexible dining option for Luminae. You can go first night and ask them to reserve time for the entire duration of the cruise or just show up whenever.

Just sail Carnival and at least know what you're in for.

You can enjoy The Retreat during the first part of the B2B. And then you can enjoy the Persian Garden during the second half of the B2B.
-
- When it comes to dining, I have often seen solo diners in Luminae get invited to another table (to eat) and it's pretty easy to make friends in The Retreat.
- Suites can board at any time regardless of the Check In Time reserved in the app, so if you land earlier than your designated time, it shouldn't be an issue. Just head to the The Retreat line and they will take care of you
- Like others have mentioned, you will find a reason to leverage your Retreat host more often than you think
- Definitely do order breakfast so you can have breakfast from the balcony in the morning. Also, the breakfast at Luminae is also very good.

As a side note - if anyone wants to pop in their recommendation for a hotel in Amsterdam - great.
Conservatorium is a great hotel. Often stay there when I am in Amsterdam for business.

It's annoying that it is not available for the platinum card. I think this happened once before. Guess I need to get an ordinary blue card. Is there a fee for those?
That's odd. I found it available under my Platinum card as well as the authorized user card

Read again. Much of what is being discussed hearsay, assumptions based on personal opinion and supposition. Even harder in 202 to separate the wheat from the chaff.
When it comes to number of passengers on a specific sailing, Canderson is correct. They announce them during the sailing. For example, in my recent Apex sailing in Sept, the Cruise Director volunteered this information to everyone on the first night on the ship. Others have reported similar experiences. So it's not an assumption or an opinion. It's simply reporting and relaying the information to the readers of this forum.

Ugh…good morning from the two saddest ladies in the AmEx Centurion lounge at MIA.
Sorry to hear that your trip has ended but you only have to wait another month for another sailing!
How is the Amex Centurion Lounge at Miami? Haven't been there since pre-pandemic. Still crowded? i know they expanded the lounge space since the inception.

- Specialty restaurants
We only tried Raw on 5 & Fine Cut on this cruise as we enjoyed the MDR so much so didn’t feel the need to try the others, Plus with being on the next cruise we just thought we’d try others then.
Oh man, can't believe you didn't give Eden a shot. That was my favorite restaurant on the ship.
Well, to rectify this, perhaps you should book another Apex sailing to rectify this situation. 😉
I didn't think I will return to Apex so soon after our Sept sailing but I booked another Apex sailing for November just last week. (hint hint)

Jim,
I read over the cafe Al bacio menu. I did not see if they offered a non dairy milk substitute. Do you know if they offer one or more milk substitutes for the coffee drinks? Thanks.
I've seen them offer Almond milk, oat milk, and soy milk as substitutes. They do run out at times though.

Quite a number of people mentioned Café al Bacio. With their new Always Included, are the coffee and cakes/pastries/cookies at this cafe free of charge?
Yes. Cakes/pastries/cookies are free. Most coffee drinks on the menu of Cafe al Bacio are covered under the Classic Package that comes with Always Included. Only exceptions are coffee drinks with alcohol (which are over $9)

We booked S3 cabin on the upcoming Apex sailing (Nov 13, 2021) based on this Youtube video.

In the same boat.
Booked APEX yesterday for Nov 13, 2021 sailing. The website shows "Start Check In" link but once I click the link, it pops an error message and I am unable to check in. Weird.

Celebrity is our go to cruise line and I think if my math is correct, after this sailing I’ll be at “Elite” loyalty level. Something, to be honest, I’m really only excited about due to the free bag of laundry (which is kind of a big deal for me because, if you’ve followed my previous reviews, you already know that I otherwise tend to sail with an entire season’s wardrobe in tow).
Glad that I am not the only person who cherishes this benefit. 🤣

funny little water cartons.
Never seen that before. Is that because Alaska wants to be environmentally conscious?

I highly recommend using the order form/door hanger the night before. They are very busy in the morning

I am, with my spouse, on this cruise too. There isn’t a roll call for it??
Nope. I really scrolled through the last page looking for a roll call.
If that means this might be a ghost ship, then I guess we booked a private yacht for ourselves 😎
-
I am scheduled to be on the Millenium on Dec 13th for 10 night cruise to the Carribeans.
I honestly don't care if we make any port calls or not. I booked a suite and plan to enjoy the Retreat (if port calls are cancelled)

Yes, just an FYI, as an early riser one of my favorite things to do is get a coffee and sit in sky lounge. Usually, no one is there and sometimes can watch docking procedure. Very relaxing
I assume you get the coffee elsewhere and bring it to the Sky Lounge?
(Or do they offer coffee in the morning?)

We purchased a 6 night specialty dining package for a November Cruise on the Apex. Previously, when we purchased a dining package on the M and S Class ships, we go to one of the specialty dining venue's (M class- Qsine; S class -Murano) to make reservations. On the Apex where is the best place to make reservations for the specialty dining package upon boarding?
Concierge can do that for you. They have a computer that shows real time reservation across all of the specialty restaurants and then they can find you open slots. Even when a restaurant is fully booked on a given day, they called the restaurant directly and squeezed us in.
Value of Persian Gardens post-Pandemic?

That is no longer applicable these days. Appointment was required on Apex even for Aqua class
