  1. That's the same release I am showing.
  2. Have to agree with your prompt to get to Ocean Ready. We had an EZ Air booking get butchered by the airline, and the Princess Ocean Ready representative was able to find, fix, and reschedule our booking for flight. They (OR) are quite accommodating and skilled.
  3. The so called 'gifts' seem a little underwhelming. (The sort of thing one leaves behind on the ship). Doesn't fit with the hype.
  4. I haven't tried. The cruise is a half year out, so I'll resolve it one way or a other this week.
  5. I was having the same difficulty trying to book specialty dining on the Sun. "Something has gone wrong... please try again later".
  6. Is a revised trigger limit for declaring winnings to the IRS using a W-2g form about to change? The $1200 trigger has been in place since 1977. https://www.thestreet.com/travel/cruise-lines-las-vegas-strip-gamblers-get-good-irs-news
  7. FYI:Android new version update today App Version 1.2.0 -4703
  8. I was 'presented' with a flood of offers, in email and direct mail form, many which promoted the same offers. What I noticed is that many had short time windows in which to book. Many expire tomorrow (05/10), and several others expire next month (06/09). Hopefully new offers come out after this rush, because with 4 pending cruises, it gets a little overwhelming to sort. At this juncture, we're looking to plan 2025 and beyond. Again, I tip my hat to my CVP who has been extraordinary with information and personal attentiveness. We will see what the casino department offers.
  9. I have the 9939 - Mystery Free Play Reveals Onboard offer, earned on 04/15. So, I only discovered this by checking my OBC's, and then called my CVP to apply this to one of my future bookings, June 19, or October 14, followed by October 19. CVP informs me that I cannot redeem the offer for the first cruise, because of the short window, ie: the booking is closed. Fair enough, but the latter two bookings were booked on April 15, the day the offer was active. The qualifiers 'Book by 06/07/24 and Sail By 04/19/25' appear OK for the October hops, but the CVP says they can't apply this to either cruise. Not pleased in the least, but this entire venting saga is just to prompt anyone else receiving this offer to check it's availability with your CVP >> at << the time of booking. As another poster mentioned, it may be a low value redemption, but I was pissed that the offer listed as active, but in my case, it cannot be applied. Kudo's to my CVP for being honest, pleasant, and steadfast in helping me with my call... they really are amazing with listening to customers!!!
  10. Just left a B2B on the Ruby 4 days ago, and can confirm tour observations. I hope the Emerald also has that deck 16 area. The outside areas on the Emerald is December were quite limited, but the Speakeasy closed during that vessels Christmas cruise.
  11. Where are the designated smoking areas on the Emerald Princess since closure of the Speakeasy lounge (Dec 2023). I'm aware of the starboard side deck-7 area adjacent to Club Fusion, and the windy deck-16 starboard area. What provision have been made on the Emerald since the closure of the Speakeasy cigar lounge?
  12. I've loaded around 500 minutes, and through a ton of testing, only a few dollars of use. Amazingly cheap, even if charges apply. Don't let the idea of few dollars scare you off. It's ridiculously cheap.
  13. I had that happen on the inaugural sailing of the Ruby Princess. Unfortunate but nothing can be done. It's still new when you board.
  14. First B2B so I wasn't aware they were 'lumped'. Certainly hasn't stopped Princess from trying to market Plus, Premier, shore-ex and packages for each.
  15. I have a B2B on the Ruby... and yes, only one booking ID, and the full duration date attributes for both cruises is listed. The problem you identified is identical for us as well.
  16. New app isn't populating all of the data in a way familiar to old app users. Eventually, we can hope it becomes friendlier and truly a one-stop location for managing Princess cruises.
  17. Back in the beginning of time (2004), on the Caribbean Princess, they had standing ashtrays at the elevators, on every floor. It wasn't uncommon to walk past a cabin where smoking was allowed, and it was permeating the hallway. On deck 15, by the pools, smoking was allowed on one side of the deck, with non smoking on the other side. To that degree, things have improved.
  18. "...coughers/arm wavers". Now, that's funny! Really prevalent on the deck 7 aft starboard smoking knoll, where the joggers and speedwalkers pass through and "tsk...tsk" and guffaw as if smoking shouldn't be happening, in one of the very few sanctioned areas of the ship.
  19. This site, https://pevvesseltraffic.broward.org/webx/ Along the top menu, look for query, type in vessel name and date range, and voila.
  20. Ruby in March, B2B for 29 days.
  21. Experience level is 1, so yes, every time. The flow of PAX into the terminal was indistinguishable for either line, and rather than an even distribution of guidance along entry and passage through the embarkation process, there was a scattering of guides and directions. I'll be trying a terminal 21 embarkment in the not too distant future, and hopefully this experience will be better. Blue lane manpower was staffed well, and moved quickly. There was a sea of humanity standing and sitting elsewhere, that appeared to be self directed. Not the smooth and polished experience that terminal 2 is.
  22. If your boarding in Fort Lauderdale at Port 21, it's a fiasco of humanity, with blue and green lines without distinction. Never mind the x-ray machines needing rebooting. Blue lane might be an advantage.. Princess employees might be present.
  23. I didn't interpret any of the areas to include Skywalkers, as it is an enclosed indoor space. 3 designated outdoor areas, as listed. The Casino is its own little world.
