  1. We had to cancel our cruise after I tested positive at work ~1 week prior. Agree with the above, I submitted the online form like you did, but also spoke to a rep as well to follow up to make sure everything was complete. I've found it's helpful to call around as different reps offer differing levels of perceived helpfulness. Ended up getting a full refund (minus the cost of insurance) within a week . I think you'll be fine! Sorry for your luck .
  2. Hello cruisers, My wife and I will be taking our first NCL cruise in a few weeks on the Sky after having to reschedule our January one due to catching COVID the week of departure... The cruise departs on Friday, and first stop is GSC on Saturday. I've been reading about the usual tender ticket process (getting info via the FreeStyle daily the day before on where and when to pick up tickets). However, since GSC will be the very first port on Saturday (no sea day) does anyone know if the ticket pick up process is different? We don't have an excursion booked so would just like to try and still be on one of the first few tenders. Thanks in advance!
