On the informal nights on silver dawn do they strictly enforce the’ jackets rule ‘for the men? Will slacks and a button down shirt suffice for the Main dining venue?

Hi, I am writing out of desperation. I have had some issues with Silver Sea cruise line and am trying to contact anyone in the organization. I call the general customer service number and they tell me to e-mail guest relations. I email guest relations and no one responds. I am told that guest relations has no phone number and there is no supervisor for me to speak with. Does anyone have any specific contact numbers or emails that they would be willing to share? I would be so grateful?

I don’t know if there has been any chatter about the cruise on the Silver Sea Cloud to Antarctica. The majority of the crew had COVID, the restaurants were closed, the expeditions were canceled and the ship basically floated around Chile like a giant toy boat for over 7 days. I hear that Silver sea is playing hard ball with passengers and offering them very little in terms of compensation.
