Was wondering if the Spa offers a Head Shave treatment.

Carnival cancelled all the Breeze cruises from Nov 7, 2020 to around April 2021, They are giving our ship to the people booked on the Radiance, which will not ready on time from its major overhaul. I guess the people booked on the Radiance are more important than those of us booked on the Breeze.

We booked our 4 different excursions with gift cards. I just received about $750 in gift cards for our excursions we purchased for our November Breeze that was cancelled on July 9. I thought that was really fast. Carnival sent us 4 separate gift cards for the 4 excursions we booked and shipped each gift card separately by FedEx which seemed like a big waste of money. We chose do take the cruise credit for the cost of the cruise with the $600 extra cruise credit.

Does anyone know if there is a discount if you book several specialty dining options on a Carnival cruise?
I thought I read it somewhere but can't see anything about it on the Carnival website.

AARP has said they only offering the physical card that is mailed using USPS for the $100 cards or UPS for the $500 card.

Please don't take this as being snarky. It is only a 40 minute ride from the port to MCO. Why is it so important to have a restroom? One could use a restroom at the airport or the port terminal before boarding.
Whenever anyone starts off in their comment saying "Please don't take this as being snarky," you can almost guarantee they are going to say something rude or just ignorant. For starters by the time you get on the bus and then wait for everyone else to load and finally get on your way, its way longer than a 40 minute ride. There are a lot people, including myself (prostate cancer) who don't always have the physical capability to hold it when the urge comes. Rather than making snarky comments, consider yourself lucky that you are not one of those people that always has to worry about where the closest bathroom is and how long you think you can wait before you have to go again.

We are looking at staying at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale after our cruise on December 16. Is it worth it to stay in a beachfront hotel in December? What's the weather like at that time of year? Would it be too cold to hang out on the beach? Thanks in advance.

I called the upscale fairy and she told me to go cruise on Seabourn Cruise line

We have a late flight(8:30pm) after our Carnival cruise on 12/17. Is there a place by the port or the airport that can store our luggage. We will have a small rental car and would have to leave some of luggage in the back seat which I really don't want to do.

Of the places I have dove, here's my list from best to not so great.
#1 Roatan
#2 Grand Turk
#3 Bonaire
#4 Cozumel
#5 St Kitts
#6 Dominica
#7 Belize
I thought Belize was the worse by far. I kept hearing how great Belize diving was, but I was greatly disappointed. Dove twice there, once with Sea Sports and once with a Carnival excursion. I think you have to go further away from the port for better diving than it is possible on a cruise. Roatan was my favorite by a long ways.

Carnival doesn't run or manage the excursions. All they do is contract with a tour provider and then take a cut, so you are really no safer on a Carnival excursion than a private tour provider, as long as they are a reputable, licensed company.

Babies do not belong on cruises, it's too difficult for them.
I think judgmental old farts like yourself do not belong on cruises. Aren't you the same tool who was parent shaming about the toddler who fell and was airlifted without knowing any facts?

Does anyone know what happened to Linda, who used to post all the time and loved to sing Karaoke? I can't remember her cruise critic name but her family has been on every Carnival ship.

Got off the Conquest on Dec 18 and my wife and I both received the round wooden box with the stationary. Our Steward even gave us two extra. Only 2 made it home though.

I'm trying to decide between Laminai ruins in Belize or Chacchoben Ruins in Costa Maya. Has anyone done both? It's me and hubby and my 2 teenage girls, 14 and 16. Thank you!
We have done both. We enjoyed the Lamanai ruins the best. We booked through Island Marketing Ltd and had a wonderful time. You ride a high speed boat up the river to the ruins. We were able to climb to top of one of the Pyramids which was a great experience. There is a troop of Howler monkeys which were fun to listen to. They fed you a Belize lunch afterwards. Its an all day trip but we got back in plenty of time. This is one of the best excursions we have taken out of 11 cruises.

51 posts and only 2 addressed the OP's question about Hayley McMinn on the Conquest. Talk about hijacking. I'm going on the Conquest in December and that's why I'm reading this thread. I'm not interested in wasting my time hearing about every other Cruise Director in the fleet. That's not what the thread is supposed to be about.

We bought our plastic luggage tag holders for Favors by Serendipity and have used them for years. Only $2.50 a piece.

Our family of 6 booked the Royal Dolphin Swim excursion at Chankanab about 6 months ago through Cozumel Insider. Had no problems. It was a great deal and much cheaper than the Carnival excursion.
It even came with a buffet lunch and a couple of drinks.

I am not sure if they still serve it but the all time worst thing I've eaten was the diet pumpkin pie. I've never met anyone who doesn't think it's disgusting. Favorite is the bitter n blanc, which I've not seen lately.

My wife and I are in our 60's and in La Romana, DR, we did the Carnival Cenote Swim and Zipline at the Scape Park. In Aruba, we did the Carnival UTV Adventure. We had a great time with both excursions. We dove in Bonaire and in Grand Turk.

Yes, I would report it. I am allergic to smoke and sometimes get very ill from it. So I would not be able to use a balcony if this happened to me.
You can not be allergic to smoke as it contains no allergens. You may be sensitive to smoke or it may be an irritant, but no way are you allergic to smoke.

"My husband refused to believe that cross-cruiseline bashing occurs. Thanks a couple of you for disillusioning him."
Automatically accusing Carnival of buying to cheapest ink possible without knowing any facts sounds like "cross-cruiseline bashing" to me.
Hello Pot, meet the Kettle
"The notion that things could go horribly sideways because Carnival buys ink from the cheapest bidder appalls me."

We have used Island Marketing 3 different times and always had great excursions. Island Marketing is more of a booking agent and they don't provide the actual services but just contract with various local excursion providers.

We used a $500 gift card at the future cruise desk for a deposit on our next cruise. At first he said no
but the agent was able to do it after I told him how to do it. Not very comforting or reassuring.

First time doing a back to back on the Horizon. Do I need to select a check in time for the second cruise?
