So this has been repealed by now right?

There is no mention of Italian-specific restrictions here: https://www.ncl.com/ca/en/travel-requirements-by-country

I wouldn't call it "repealed" but Italy did let many of their Covid restriction expire on April 1st as planned. It eliminated the Green Pass requirements for many indoor activities which is helpful. My understanding is that with the expiration - the requirement to use cruise excursions also fell away. Score excursion groups in Italy outside the cruise ship excursion have 100% started accepting bookings which I think is also a good sign.

Just tried it for our 17/04 cruise and we're only given 5:30pm or 9:30pm - so I think things are being set up weirdly. I'll check each day.

I wonder if that is because of your party size? or maybe because people rushed to make the reservations.

Booked for a July 10th cruise... and for our group of 4 in La Cucina... I have all sorts of open times.

Just wish Zambooka would show up again so I could book it. That is the one I am worried I'll miss out on.

  3. Hello Epic Cruisers!

Does anyone know if NCL offers a shuttle into Palma from the cruise port? We are looking at doing an independent motorbike/moped rental. Most of them seem to be in the city center, which makes sense -- didn't originally realize how far of a walk it may be! Everyone online refers to a shuttle - but I know many shuttles have not actually returned to service after shutdowns. Thank you! Hope everyone is having a blast on their cruises 😁

Where is the cruise? There are currently no reservations available in some areas, such as Europe.

Otherwise, I know there have been some delays in other places as well. I’m sure I’ve seen other messages about delays, especially where people should have early access to reservations.

Any idea why no reservations in Europe? Are the boats just empty enough for reservations to not really be needed?

Hi there -- I was on the Epic March 13-20.  Priscilla Queen of the Desert debuted on that sailing and yes, the Thermal Spa was open.  On our sailing the Epic was somewhere between 45-55% capacity -- estimates varied but there was definitely a LOT of room.  Seats weren't marked off per se, but there were clearly fewer seats -- loungers in H20 were two by two, lots of space, and in the main dining rooms similarly there was a lot of space.

Hope you had a great cruise! Glad the show is back also. If I could add a follow up question do you know if Zambooka is also back. Booked for July and both are still mysteriously MIA. I love NCLs shows, would be a shame if they were really gone.

  6. Has anyone sailed recently and received any updates on this? I'm now booked for July, and didn't notice in advance the website says the show is currently not available. I'd be disappointed if it really remained unavailable for the next 4 months.
