I am wondering if we can get it refunded now that it is after the fact or at least adjusted 🙂 I trying to reach their 1800 number and check . this is unbeknownst to me,. it wasn't explained during booking for I may have skipped over it. I tend to read all the small print. but may be this one is really small LOL

I didn't know they have automatic crew appreciation for $14.50 per day per person being a frugal me, my question , is there a way to get rid of this automatic crew appreciation fee? or this is mandatory for all pax? We also left $60 tip in our room. would that cash be distributed among the other crew/waitress or he/she just pocket that for him/herself? we were on a 4 day alaska thank you

Newbie cruisers here, My first ever actually Hypothetical question I selected group C arrival green lane which is set to arrive 10:30 to 11AM. but I got stuck with some emergency and arrive late 11:40AM at the embarkation counter. Is this no big deal? will I just join the queue to check in like usual ?
