Great advices Thank you all ! I also have carnival giftcards and OBC but I noticed I can't use them to pre-pay my gratuities online...I can only use them to purchase excursion/gifts online etc... I'm guess I should be able to use them toward gratuities once I add them to sail and sign while onboard ?

I havn’t cruised with Carnival for 8 years, my last cruises were with Royal Caribbean’s. What are the things you suggest we should do as soon as we board the cruise ? Also… carnival tells me to print the boarding passes… I don’t remember having to do this with Royal as long as I checked in with their app. I prefer carry the passes in my phone if it’s not absolutely required to have a hard copy?

Do Platinum members get to get off earlier? or was the 7am for anyone on a certain deck/ those who carry their own luggages? we always carry our own anyways.

Not sure about Carnival cause we had two RCL cruise last year disembarking from Miami, both times we picked the latest disembarking time so we could have breakfast and not having to wake up super early, and we were outside waiting for shuttle already at 9:00am. So I thought maybe the earliest time could have gotten us out by like 8

We are trying to see if we are able to catch a flight at 11am on a Saturday after we come back from the Mardi Gras cruise in Orlando. I know it takes an hour to get from port to MCO airport, but I'm wondering if it's possible to make it with all the traffic and crowds at the port. Thank you all for your experience and insight.

Puerto rico already allow unvaccinated kid under 12 to arrive from cruises…. Don’t know why Carnival still keeping this stupid agreement..

Are kids under 5 who can't be vaccinated still not allowed to leave the ship @ San Juan Port? I will be on Mardi Gras in two weeks and my daughter is only 3 year old... can she stay at their childcare while we are off from the ship ? Thanks in advance !
