I think the greek itineraries look great! We’re considering one as well, cruising around Greece is a great way of seeing that part of the world. I think after the issues they had with the first round of Resilient Lady cancellations I’d be surprised if was delayed again to be honest. Main money saving advice is to take part in the sailor loot referrals on here as much as possible, following the link on here and linking up bookings with anyone already booked. We had $650 on our recent voyage and it was amazing help.

It was very nice benefit on our med cruise last week. the amount shows on your bill but nothing gets taken from your balance. Of the deep blue extras it was the only one that recorded on the app correctly straight away. We used the laundry service and shake for champagne but that got added and was then manually removed.

Hi i checked this as looking to book one using an access key and it’s in their terms and conditions that its not included when using an access key.

I do completely agree with this. There’s no way people would want to leave Ibiza at 4pm, it will affect what we would plan to do on our upcoming voyage. Cynically it may be a way of encouraging people to take up their shore excursions for the guarantee they’re back in time. I would always take being in port as long as possible, you can board the ship earlier if you want but those who want to stay on land longer can do.

We’re looking at catching a train when we arrive in Barcelona and quite torn on what time to choose for it. Where does Valiant Lady dock and what time is it usually arriving? There’s a train at 9.05am which we’d like to get to so weighing up if it’s possible.

How long has that taken for you? Ive had no update on my reimbursement request that was submitted on the day of the announcement despite having chased this.

On my account it says WAVE sailor loot $200 and then sailor loot $50. Is WAVE the referral bonus?

Mediterranean 4th-11th September referral link https://virg.in/opp3 we booked for the 4th-11th September and got email confirmation saying we’ve got $400 loot and on the app it says $200 + $50 so unsure what it is! It says on email 200 SWYFB and 200 promotional..

Finally got a resolution quickly by twitter yesterday with my previous FVC doubled as it should have been. I have feeling this page may have helped so I’m appreciative they checked on here. overall they need to probably work on being more reachable, you can definitely tell they’re still in infancy and learning how best to go about things.

Hi have tried on twitter, instagram and Facebook messenger so far. i believe there’s clearly an issue with online chat as well as you can wait an hour or two and get to the front of the queue and it says no agents available.

The lack of customer service since the resilient lady cancellations has been terrible. A company trying to target young people should not be uncontactable online, their live chat doesn’t work and no one answers on social media. My cruise was rebooked to my chosen itinerary but i got no 200% FVC even though i am eligible, but trying to get hold of them since then to discuss has been impossible. This episode could be a dealbreaker now to be honest when deciding who to sail with in the future.

completely agree, people who’ve booked early and put a lot of money down getting penalised. Virgin basically saying “sorry we screwed up your 2023 plans but you can help fill our ships in the next 6 months”

Sorry but i think its an unfair offer for people booked in 2023. There’s only 6 months left of the year which is unrealistic for most people but for the lucky some who might live near a port they can have a free cruise. Virgin doing a terrible job at building loyalty with their cancellations and odd policies.

You don’t need to sail by july 31st to get the free voyage. If you use any of your 200% FTV on a 2022 cruise booked by 31st July you will get an access key for another voyage. So you could use your credit on a cruise this year and get a free voyage next year or another this year if you wanted.
