Wheelchair access at Port of San Francisco Traveling with my parents and one of them will require a wheelchair to embark to ship. We already have one reserved that will be in the cabin once he gets there so that’s not a concern. We have requested a wheelchair assistance in the online check-in process but can anyone advise on the procedure once we get to the pier? Thank you!

I’ve also been successful in getting it added at guest services. Need proof of shareholder ownership. They had to send off a message to corporate for approval so do it early on in your cruise. Took a couple of days after that to be posted.

Traveling in a Vista Suite next week. Does anyone know if the suites on Carnival charge for room service? I’m getting mixed feedback and curious if anyone knows firsthand. Do they offer a enhanced room service such as other cruise lines like Princess? Thanks in advance!
