Based on some research from another social site and a response from the taxi boat operators, I believe the new pier is about 2km out of the city center. 20-30 minute walk. Cruise ships usually offer shuttle service. I've used google maps to try to pin it down.

Yes, I'm aware that this is a French territory but here is my question anyway. Where does the cruise ship dock while visiting St. Pierre and Miquelon?
