Has anyone done the Iguana Mama tour called Eat Drink and Be Merry? If so, would you recommend it? We’ll be in Amber Cove on April 19 th and considering it. Thank you.
This thread is referencing the bar package, not the soda package. With the bar package, you can get alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks. NCL limits the soda package to soda. Some other cruise lines offer a different package that includes Virgin drinks only. NCL does not.
Has anyone taken a taxi to mountaintop lately, along with a beach stop recently? I’m debating a DIY excursion for this vs. an independent tour or cruise tour. Appreciate any insights. Will be there in April. Thank you.
I located a link on TripAdvisor: https://www.tripadvisor.com/AttractionProductReview-g147374-d12957821-St_Kitts_Shore_Excursion_Nevis_Beach_Getaway-St_Kitts_St_Kitts_and_Nevis.html
but there’s no availability on my date in April either.
Vendors sold bottled water and Dora provided a bottle to everyone mid-trip. We also had some free time for shopping/exploring and we enjoyed some great iced coffee. I regret not purchasing coffee to bring home.
We’re just back from a NCL Panama Canal cruise & I wanted to put a plug in for their Luxury Day Sail excursion. I had read recommendations for it on this board and they were spot on. We were on a sailboat with about 14 people - all seated on cushions. We were served welcome Mimosas and our choice of other drinks. We had 3 margaritas and a great Mexican lunch served to us. We spotted multiple whales and had the best time. Highly recommended!!
I’m just back from a cruise & wanted to share that we really enjoyed our tour with Dora. We also didn’t find the vendors selling things to be pushy - a simple no thank you and they left you alone.
I’m trying to decide between a NCL excursion or using Dora. I expected Dora’s pricing to be the same or less, but it’s more - $75/pp. We booked with the NCL cruise offer that gets us $50 off one person for every excursion.
For those that used Dora, was it a great tour and worth the extra $$?
My husband & I will be taking a 15 night cruise in January which will bring us up to Platinum mid-cruise. I’m presuming we won’t be entitled to the Platinum benefits until our next cruise. Is that accurate?
