I don't know how it works on the phone, but in a regular online version (desktop/laptop) it appears under my every post (all the reviews that I've ever made are linked in the signature):

In any case, here is the link 🙂

Oh wow, I am on a laptop and NO ONE has signatures like that! I am very used to them on the DISboards so I thought I knew what you meant, it's just that no one's signature shows up at all, nor is there anything for me to click to show it...I don't have an 'expand signature' or anything.  😞

    Thank you for the link!

  2. Hi, posted on Florida Departures but only got one response and my trip is in two weeks so I need to figure this out.  I filled out the online reservation form for SAS but instead received an email from Premiere 1 Driving Services saying Steve, from SAS, gave them my info.

I need to go from Fort Lauderdale Airport to TRU Hilton in Miami West Brickell.  There was a hotel drop off list on the SAS site and TRU wasn't on it but I figured that wasn't a complete list but now I assume SAS truly doesn't go there and must have tried to give my business to a friend.

Has anyone used Premiere 1 Driving Services??  Anything good or bad to say about them?  We are a party of 11.

    Thank you.

  3. I put in a request to SAS and received an email from Premiere 1 Driving Services telling me 'Steve' from SAS gave him my name and info and he's all ready to drive my party of 11 from Fort Lauderdale airport to my TRU Hilton hotel in West Brickell, Miami.

Is this legit?  Has anyone ever used this company?  The SAS website did have a list of hotels they drop off at but I figured the list HAD to be wrong because why would they not go wherever the person needed to go??  But TRU Hilton was not on their list so maybe they really did give my info to Premiere 1 Driving Services.  Still sounds a little sketchy.  Also the price for the 11 of us is $180, is that good?  Bad?  I Don't know if it includes tip or not.

    Help!

  4. The cruise isn't a grad gift.  It's a total coincidence that my mother decided she wanted to take her family on a cruise and this was the time frame that worked for everyone.  The last time she did this was five years ago and it just so happened to be the week of this same daughter's 18th birthday, lol (as well as two other family members!).  Just total coincidences!!!  A niece on this trip will have a birthday which my sister gets to figure out. With lots of family members I think it's inevitable that some big events will coincide with trips.  🙂

    I appreciate everyone's ideas.  🙂

What ship are you on? Harmony (and others) have an escape room which might be a fun time for everyone as it requires group input. Or how about everyone going ice skating during open skate? Ask the maitre D for a single serving piece of cake with candle that has Congrats on it instead of Happy Birthday/Anniversary.

I will be on Harmony but I didn't think it had an escape room!  When do you have to book that?  Cruise is May 13 so if it's ahead of time booking I bet I'm too late :-(.

  6. It's 16 people, all adults--Grandma, aunts, uncles, cousins, and me, her mom.  It will be Harmony with CC, St.. Martin and St.. Thomas.  Not everyone likes to leave the ship so I'm not sure a port of call is the answer.  None of us drink so bars are out.  I just don't think we'll all fit in our balcony ocean view stateroom, and none of us have a suite or anything large.

On Harmony last month they only stopped by once.  We chose evening service which I think was the better option for us. It was pretty easy to push the Pullman back into a sofa for the day and was nice to have it made up for the evening.  There was also less chance of us disturbing the steward when he was making up the cabin when he came in the evening compared to the morning since in the morning we often go back to the room.

What do you do with the sheets and pillows and blankets?

  8. My daughter graduates college the Sunday before our Saturday cruise.  Our whole extended family will be on this cruise so we thought it made sense to celebrate her accomplishment then.  But how to make it special??  She doesn't want it at dinner because she says it's too hard to hear people and with a large group we're too spread out anyway.  She also wants a cake if possible, but I don't know if that's possible, and if it is, I don't want to spend a small fortune on it.

    Any ideas??  Thanks!

  9. So for those who have sailed recently and needed to use the pullout couch, did you find it better to have service in the morning or evening?  Was it easier to put the bed away in the morning and have them set it up for bed at night?  Or was it easier to have them pack it away in the morning and you set it up at night?  One concern is that they will set it up too early if we choose evening service as I've heard reports of them coming between 4-6.  But it sounds easier to not worry about tucking sheets and making it bed worthy and just stashing it away in the morning while giving the steward the harder job in the evening.

    Experience to offer?

  10. Wait, if you buy surf and stream you need to put your phone on airplane mode all week??  I just want to text and surf the internet with my iPhone.  Do I really want to be in airplane mode?  I though airplane mode meant you CAN'T connect to any internet.  What am I not understanding?  I don't care about actually CALLING anyone, just texting people (both people on the cruise with me and people back home) with other iPhones and surfing.

  11. Hello,

I am checked in as far as arrival time, but need to complete the process this weekend when I have more time.  Do you really need to TAKE a selfie for the picture portion, or can you just use a picture you already have?  If you have to take a new one, does it allow you the option to redo it if it comes out bad or your eyes are closed or whatever?

I reserved the shows for my family, and my sister's family, but my other siblings did not reserve  The shows all appear to be full now, but I thought I read that you can reserve shows once you get close enough in the port to connect to ship wifi?  Is this correct or do you need to wait to board and go to guest services?  Do they definitely 'save' some seats for people to reserve once they board?

If some of us who have reserved shows don't want to go, how can we have other family members go instead?  Is there a way to reassign the reservation under a different name?  Or would the one who has the reservation have to go with that person and do it at the theatre door, or give them their seapass?

    Thank you!

The bottom line is there are two ways out of the terminal. 1) join all the lemmings who see a line and just assume they have to be in it, and 2) see where the porters are navigating their customers and follow them. The lemming line snakes to the right and goes on forever, and the line the porters (and every one who understands that it is not an exclusive line) use goes all the way to the left.

Are you saying you can get into the porter line even if you don't hire a porter?  What exactly does the porter do?

  13. Okay I chose my arrival time on the app, for myself and my mother, too, yay, but nothing looks any different.  Did it work??  I didn't enter passport, selfie, or health info (and health info says I have to wait for May 12 to do so anyway), but I did choose 11am and it's 'green' but under each name it says 'in progress' and the top says 'let's get you checked in'.

Also, my and my daughter's arrival time say 'see you on January 01 for your wellness check, but my mother's says 'see you on May 13'.  The cruise is May 13...why would my and my daughter's say see you on January 1??

Does this mean my arrival time is truly saved and for the right day?  Am I actually checked in or does that not happen until May 12 when I can do the health quiz?
