We were also on the 2/11 sailing of the Star Pride. I agree with everything mluzzy1 said. The entire crew - wait staff, bartenders, room attendant, the tender crew and all others were wonderful. Just be aware that the shore excursions typically leave early between 8-9 am. That was one thing we weren't aware of and didn't think to ask.

If your excursion is on the first day or two of your cruise you should call as soon as you know you don't want it because there are deadlines to cancel and get a refund.

Hi everyone. We are first time Windstar cruisers on the Star Pride in a few weeks, and I've noticed that some people have said that they ended up going to different ports due to swells in the harbor recently. Can anybody tell me what happens if you have a Windstar excursion scheduled in the cancelled port? Do they refund your money?
