We are in the same boat. One child has to be back at college so she is flying out of Miami around 10am the day the boat docks. We have TSA precheck, she won't have any luggage and will just need to get to the airport and walk to security. Does everyone still think this is a not going to work? I want to prepare her that she may need to rebook at the airport. I am going in the cab with her and will see her off but still....

Do I need to book these in advance?

We have a group of 6. What do you recommend for transportation from an airport area hotel to the port?

Who do you suggest for a shuttle service? We are a family of 6 that needs to get from a hotel near the airport to the port? With luggage I don't think an uber will work.

Does anyone have any suggestions on who to use for a private transfer? We have a party of 6 with luggage so I don't think an uber will work.
