  1. We hope this video will help others with knowing what to expect from the MSC Preziosa food buffet.
  2. Msc Preziosa: Cruise To The Top Of The World - Longyearbyen! We found this affordable cruise with a special arctic itinerary. We take you on a quick tour of the ship and to each port in Northern Europe including the Northernmost City in the WORLD. This includes Molde Norway, Tromso Norway, LONGYEARBYEN Svalbard Norway, Honningsvag Norway, Bergen Norway, Kristiansand Norway and Skagen Denmark. This was the most affordable cruise to Longyearbyen and MSC normally only goes twice a year. It departs from Hamburg Germany for a exceptional 15 day cruise. Please let me know if there are any questions. This video is attended to help others make the decision on Northern Europe cruises.
  3. Thank you for the information. I will try the MSC number provided in the forum. Was it a bus that you took or some sort of shuttle?
  4. Did the MSC transfer that they offered from Hamburg to the Kiel Pier work for you? Please update us. Thanks in advance.
  5. We cruised with MSC for the first time back in November on the Seascape. It was a 17 day journey from Rome to New York. I also found their website a little clunky but I have learned to like it compared to others. I am currently book another six cruises this year because of the their great prices and the destinations work for us. What I do like is that there are no marketing bait and switch pricing offers that the other three bigs lines promote. I have to go through the book process to get the taxes added to the final price then I back out or open another tab to compare to another cruise. The gratuity for our 17 day trip was 170 pp making it $10 per day. I still gave our favorite staff a little extra cash and they were super appreciative. I called the help desk before the gratuity was added and they asked if I booked under the US site, and if so the gratuity was automatically added. Then they said that I could have it removed if I wanted because it is optional for the cruisers from the UK. We we did see a line of international travelers the next day at the customer desk requesting for it to be removed. I think you will enjoy deck 11 on the Virtuosa. We will be on it in August. TIP: Check the deck plan to see if you will be under a loud area such as the Market Place buffet or a dance floor. Download the App MSC for ME once your cruise is booked. My question to the forum: Should I become a travel agent since I cruise so much? I always book direct with the lines.
