All deck 5 suites have the partial metal railing. We don't mind it as you can see over it when seated on the balcony chairs, but if you want to see ocean from the bed it may be problematic for you.

Just got off a 7 day cruise on Ovation. IIRC, the 7-day couples pass for the thermal spa area was $149.
