I can beat both, but I dont want to relive the negative experience, I'm still pissed. I've made 4 reservations on other cruise lines due to Princess consistent poor pre-cruise experience. Oktoberfest cruise had been cancelled 2 years in row for "unknown" reasons and nobody ever explained why, nor did they care. This year final payment was due 9/8 and on May 31 at 2:50am I got an email saying I had to pay in full by 6/1 or cancellation. Yep, by the time I read it, I had already been cancelled. Hours and hours to fix, unbelievable. Excursions lost, back to back cabin was gone, now have to change rooms🤬

who do you use? I've tried 2 and neither really had a deep knowledge of cruising.

totally agree. typically after several long "holds"... disconnect... grrrr

the pre-cruise experience with Princess is FUBAR. I have 5 cruises booked with them and have had 2 cancelled without notification. Resolution was extremely painful. I now have 4 cruises with their competition to find a replacement. Platinum level and casino VIP. There is zero escalation process with Princess, its all about the money. Therefore my money is now going elsewhere.
