Hi all!! I have concerns after I saw a recent post about the Royal Caribbean app being hacked and shut down. Is this the only means of communicating with others in your party while onboard the ship IF YOU DON'T PURCHASE THE WIFI PACKAGE? I'd like us as a family to "disconnect" and take a break from social media so I really don't want the WIFI but if I can't text my family onboard that's a problem! I read on RC site that once you get on the ship you download the RC app by using their "GUEST WIFI" Can't I use the GUEST WIFI for the whole cruise??!

I'm wondering if the beverage package that includes alcohol is worth it. I understand it depends on how much you drink but say you might drink 5-6 cocktails a day. Is it worth purchasing? Can anyone give an idea as to prices of beer, wine, Truly's, and average price of cocktails? I saw in another post that the lowest price cocktail they saw was $11. THANK U!

Can anyone shed some light on whether or not you can still use a birth certificate/drivers license for the Bahamas. Travel.State.Gov says you can use a Passport card for Caribbean countries. When I Google Bahamas it says it's "technically" NOT the Caribbean. And if I do need a passport - will the passport card suffice or do I need the actual BOOK? Thanks in advance!
