Hi All!! Wow. I didn't realize that negotiating is even a possibility. I really appreciate you sharing. So, I booked a cruise from the comeback offer. Mine was an inside with only $150 but with PP. I'm wondering what I need to do to get another offer - hopefully a balcony. Since your comeback offer was better than the emails, maybe that should be my focus. I don't cruise until August but I know I have at least 5000-6000 points from the last cruise and I know I spent 4k last time. Won't be able to spend anything close to that. Any thoughts?

Hi!! Thanks for the response. My offer was for an inside cabin with princess plus. $150 casino. I gambled a lot after I received the offer too. I liked princess and was hoping I had "invested" enough.

I had a great Prima experience. I do a lot of research but not always a lot of sharing. Shame on me. This has encouraged me to write a review. I have to get better at that. 🙂

Sorry for your experience. I've been thinking about it for the last few hours and want to share a different perspective. You had a lot go wrong. Probability says that if you sail with NCL again, you will most likely have a good time. However, that's not why I'm posting. I'm posting to say thank you for helping the two ladies. Apparently, they didn't have the ability to scream and yell to get help. But, fortunately, you were there to help them. You were their voice and screamed. It was because of you that they got help. I know the staff was kinda clueless, etc, but you were not clueless. The fact that the situation frustrated you a bit does not take away from the fact that you are good people and did the right thing. Thank you. I also understand that you spent some time in your cabin. The cabins on the Pr1ma are lovely!! It is ok that you didn't want to be social after your experiences. And, as you wrote, there were some good parts to your trip. Thanks for sharing, hang in there and maybe we will meet someday on a cruise!!

Hi Snate! I wouldn't cancel. It's too close to the start of your trip. I was on prima over Thanksgiving of last year. I loved her. Of course, I was in the Caribbean and she is a warm-weather ship. However, the observation lounge is lovely. Hopefully, it will be open.

Hi. Thanks for the reply! Yes, I received the come-back offer at the end of the cruise because of how much I gambled on that cruise. At the time, I rationalized it because I thought I'd get free cruise offers. When I click on "onboard credit" I see the comeback offer but no other offers. I have a cruise booked under the comeback offer. Do I have to gamble a lot on that cruise to start getting the emails? I just feel like something is off.

Hi Everyone! I took my first princess cruise this year in the first week of April. I spent over 4K in the casino and had over 6000 points. At the end of the cruise, I got a return cruise offer. It was the most I've lost on a cruise and I'm still recovering!! I was wondering, how long does it take before I will receive an email with the 3 cruise offers. My email is updated in my account but I never get emails from Princess. I've even checked my spam. Any advice?
