So we set sail in a few weeks on the Jewel - my husband and I and our kids are in a 2 bedroom suite, and got our luggage tags in last week (yay!!!). My MIL and mother are rooming together in a club balcony on our floor but not next to us - we would have put them in an adjoining one if there had been one available when we booked (and we kept checking). They do not have “priority” tags - are they going to be able to go through our line at check in and boarding? Our reservations are “linked” and I have been told more than once by our cruise consultant that we will be fine and they can go through with us. If that is wrong, I don’t want to have to abandon them at the terminal, nor do I want to miss out on skipping the long line 🤣.

Where are you storing luggage at?

We are looking at the full day Northwestern Fjord cruise with Major Marine on the small boat.

We haven’t booked anything yet - we have the day in Seward, and are supposed to be catching the Park Connection bus to Anchorage at 6:30pm. We are looking at options to maximize our time in Seward.

Trying to work through plans in Seward as we are looking at taking a fjords day trip that departs at 8:30am from Seward. Any chance we can get off the ship and through customs/etc and collect our luggage in time to make that work?

Question regarding prebooking entertainment. It has been several/many years since I was last on NCL, but as far as I can remember, I’ve never paid for onboard entertainment. I see there is an option for Rock you Tonight for $99 pp - is this really a thing?? I have to pay $100 to watch a show on the ship? Have things changed that much??

Hi all - I tried to look this up but maybe I’m not using the right search terms. We will be sailing on the Jewel this summer to Alaska with our two teens, and other family members. We will be upgrading the FAS Wi-Fi minutes to unlimited for my husband and I only. We are trying to figure out if we will be able to communicate with our kids on board - I see the NCL app has a messaging feature (you have to pay for?). Will this work for the kids without Wi-Fi? Or am I missing some other option?
