I received a NCL email stating, "Unfortunately, we were not able to accept your offer to upgrade to Balcony Stateroom for your cruise below." Seems like a rejection to me.😁

We were on the 10 July Jewel sailing. I bid $170 pp for balcony from inside. Final rejection was that morning. We had a great location (8619).

Leaving in less than 2 weeks & no word. Guess $40 over minimum isn't going to get us a balcony. 🙁

Pleased with the turnaround. Submitted paperwork Wed & received a "got it - here's your case #" email almost immediately. Received acknowledgement on Friday morning with a second email showing $100 amenity credit split $50/$50 between us.
