Sorry for the newbie question, but I've never been on NCL. I'm looking at a NCL cruise on Norwegian Star Aug 4 departing Tromso. The listing says "Embark: 8:00pm". Is that the departure time, boarding cutoff time or when boarding starts. Also, what might I expect as far as dinner served that evening? Thanks.
