We used the Seattle Express. It picked up from our hotel (there are a number of hotels it will pick up from) and also stopped at the airport for a pickup before we went downtown to the cruise terminal. It was very smooth, all on time.

We just got off the Ovation a week and a half ago from our Alaska cruise. I had ordered those blankets well ahead (last Black Friday - got a great price!) for my teenagers. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality, and my kids love them. They came in very handy on our fjord/glacier cruising day! The towel checkout place will also let you check out blankets, FYI. But they are cheap, thin fleece blankets. Nothing near as nice as these!

We just got off the Ovation a week and a half ago. We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites by the airport the night before. Free breakfast in the morning. Worked well! My dad booked us all (group of 9) on a shuttle service to the port. Lots of other cruisers got on our bus at the hotel too! It was seamless!
