Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. yes we were also on deck 14. Agree on the porch - very disappointing.
  2. I was also on this sailing in an Upper Suite. My experience was a little different as we had a butler who seemingly wanted to make sure we had a truly exceptional cruise. Sadly, the cost cuts are stifling this. Food quality was pretty awful compared to my last pre-pandemic cruise and I have no idea why anybody gets emotional about the Celebrity ‘lobster tail’ - it was vile. I found service in Michael’s Club to be really very poor with a bar attendant on their last cruise who seemingly had emotionally clocked off many weeks ago.
  3. Hello all Travelling later this year with a large group sailing in 4101 (Reflection Suite), 4103 and 4105 (Signature Suites). Our TA and Celebrity say the balcony dividers can be opened on Reflection. Looking at the pictures of the balcony though I cannot see how this works with the outdoor tub locations? Any experience would be welcome! Thanks
  4. Thank you. I guess we are a little 'unsure' just how far you can push things. We are Champagne drinkers and I must admit I was a little confused that Monopole was standard pour on such an expensive cruise. Dom isn't mentioned anywhere so I hope they don't 'bait and switch' so to speak between now and next year!!
  5. Thanks for the replies. Can we request extra Dom in the cruise to enjoy in the cabin?
  6. Hello We are fortunate to have booked the RS on Grandeur next year. Does anybody have any recent experiences of this cabin on recent sailings on sister ships? We have never sailed with RSSC but have sailed many times with Celebrity in their very top accommodation. We have built up a good relationship with them but it's time for a change for us. A few questions if I may... Does anybody know what spa treatments are included and whether this extends to every guest in the cabin? Are they truly 'unlimited' as they say? On one of the videos online, it shows Dom Perignon as the pre departure Champagne...is this actually the case? Are there 'better' inclusions of fine wines vs. other cabins on the vessel? We've always found the butlers have excellent discretion on Celebrity and tend to always get additional bottles of decent champagne etc. throughout the sailing. Does the rule of 'one reservation per speciality restaurant' really apply to this category? Thanks so much!
