Well officially you can't bring any liquids other than medically required. In practice we have seen and brought numerous things. We are currently sailing on the Divina and yesterday a guy purchased no less than 8 coke cans and 4 bottles of champagne from the duty free in Barcelona. He had them in two Walmart style bags and walked right on the ship. We have purchased bottles of wine while at port and have brought them on without issue or search. We also brought on many booze with our rum runners. Not sure if it's just European ports being lax or if it's just the norm.
