For our cruise in September, NCL had us arriving in Montreal at 11:54am, the day of the cruise. They were allowing 1 hour to deplane, go through customs and get on the shuttle to Quebec City. I don't understand their logic. Ship is scheduled to leave at 4pm. Shuttle ride is 3.5 hours. I called several times but no one understood why I was frustrated.
