Loving your report and attitude overall! We set sail on the 1st and also got a Cabana Mini suite upgrade yesterday but are at the end not in the open gated area. Didn't realize that non open air cabanas were a thing when I bid. But im sure it will be lovely. the ever burning questions can you stroll by park 19 and see if slides splash pad or even (big wish) the ropes are open a a few times this and next week and post? we are bringing our 4 yr old who is going to lose her mind if she can't slide on one she can see and id like to be able to use some of the 10 hour flight to prepare her for that..

yeah but do you know what cabin credit means to my 4 yr old who can SEE the slides and splash pad but can't play on them? the whole thing is infuriating. even week 1 or 2 i could understand but its sailed for 2 months and nothing still. i'll be at guest services in onboard in about 15 days if its not open with her they can explain it to the kid.

We received our bid at 31 days out Regal Princess sailing out of Galveston for November 5th sailing. BE to MB for $220 each, that was almost the max bid I think $230 was max. there were at least 20 mini suites available to book still at the time our upgrade came thru. i saw someone post in our FB group they won their bid so I checked mine showed expired status and about an hour later I got an email w/ a new cabin number and saw the charge come thru on my CC. our friends also got their upgrade same day regular balcony to premium deluxe i dont remember how much the bid.

idk if that has changed but on 10/4 mine said expired and in about 3 hours i saw the charge go thru to my CC and had a new cabin number. our sailing is 11/5 so 31 days out.
