Hey guys, 👋 That was my last week cruise , it's my first time in the princess cruise casino, I tried load fund in my casino machine, then cash them out, the second machine when I did it , it blocked me from loading from my room balance, the customer services agent told me I must spend a penny in that machine which I loaded my room balance into , or they will block my account.its my first time experience this, while previously with Holland America we could do whatever we want , straight to cashout the money from the room balance . It was sad this happened and I'm just wanted you all know , please spend a penny otherwise your account will be locked.

I was wondeirng did Pricess do the same as Holland america which refunds the remaining stateroom balance aka obc to the credit card on file? With HA ,we pretty much got it back to ur credit card 2-3 hrs after we arrived.
