Looking into the Labour Day sales on the Celebrity Ascent for next June. Cruise newbie here, but would you recommend we book shore excursions now or wait until closer to the date? Are these flash sales a regular occurrence? And if we book and change our mind, can we still cancel the bookings? Thanks.
