  3. Hi all, do you all know if room service also brings drinks to the room/if you can bring a bottle to your room? I'm thinking that as we leave port, would love to have a prosecco toast on our balcony, and the small glasses of prosecco are quick to need a refill. Trying to think on the best way to keep our drinks full as we leave port and look at the beautiful view of NYC!
  4. Thanks for your quick response!! I’ve filled out the special needs form now. My cruise is mid-October, so just over 30 days away. I called NCL and they said no to releasing it, called Amex and they said they couldn’t do anything at this point. I read somewhere that there’s a form I could fill out, but can’t find it anywhere.
  5. Hey y'all, Travelling with NCL soon and have two questions - 1. How are the gluten free options on board? Any specialty restaurants you recommend going to/avoiding? I can't find GF menus online anywhere, so some help is greatly appreciated! 2. I booked directly with NCL and tried to have them release it to Amex to get the perks, but they said they won't do that because I paid in full. Any work around to that or suggestions? I don't want to miss out on the Amex offers - I didn't even realize there were Amex offers before booking. Certainly won't make that mistake again! Thanks in advance!
  6. Were you able to get this issue fixed? I booked a cruise directly with NCL two weeks ago, asked to release to Amex, and they said no because I've paid in full. Any workaround for this? There was a form mentioned in some of these replies, but I haven't been able to find the form online.
