So everyone on the ship that has a casino tier gets a new set sail card with the upcoming year's tier on it during the cruise? What about the perk of the Voom packages for signature and masters level? Do you lose the Voom service as soon as the tier resets if you aren't at the same level or higher for the upcoming year?

I realize that the casino tier level resets on April 1st each year and that you need to re-earn your level for the next year. My question is what happens to your tier level if you are currently on a cruise on April 1st and have several days left? Do you retain your tier you came onboard with or does it get reset during the cruise on April 1st?
