Im in the same boat (sorry!) as you. I emailed sailor services and they said this, which is even worse- The access key code for the $200 is not compatible with MNVV bookings, therefore any of your MNVV bookings it can't be applied.

Virgin were amazing for my vegan girlfriend. Every single place had lots of vegan options. They also subbed out a few things, for example, replacing cheese with a vegan cheese. Like Walter said, at Gunbae they cook the veg on the grill first. They also suggested extra starters to balance it out :)
