That makes sense, as the last time Sunshine will dock in Charleston is first few days January, 2025. The plans for renovating the terminal ended after long challenges from environmental and historical conservation groups; the port will still allow for 1 day docks of ships, but that's about it. And for how long, who knows. I'm sure by 2026 there will be more condo developments on that property, just like the city is allowing directly across the street from the port.
