We sailed on her in August and I didn’t notice anything shabby.

We sailed on the Eurodam to Alaska in August. We had a Neptune Suite and had no problems. One of the highlights of the cruise was our Neptune Concierge, Princess, who was a huge part of an amazing cruise. We are sailing with HAL, on the Oosrterdam, next September and are hoping it compares with our first experience.
